I'm so sorry to hear you didn't love the wig. It sounds like you were expecting a ready to go from the bag wig, which unfortunately isn't what the HD range offers, they have 200% denisty and designed more for stylists needs. We do offer a credit for returned items and I am excited to let you know that we have invested in a line of wigs which will likely be much more suited to your needs.
