We want to get your items to you quickly! We ship everyday Monday - Friday and we use the fastest options possible through Royal Mail.

UK deliveries - usually next day (please allow up to 10 working days during busy periods).

Europe deliveries - usually 4-7 days, this depends on your countries speed and you must allow up to 21 working days.

Rest of the World - usually 5-14 days, depending on your mail provider. You must allow up to 28 working days.

All items are sent with a tracked service, please see your order shipping confirmation for tracking details. We recommend tracking after 5 days to check for any issues. We regrettably do not have any additional information other than that shown on the tracking facility.

If you need to return a product, please contact us to discuss within 24 hours of receiving.

Due to the nature of our products, please choose carefully, handle them with care and do not remove them from their wig net.

Styled wigs are bespoke and cannot be returned.

You will receive a credit for the value of your returned item to use on our website.

You may be liable for a 20% restocking fee deduction if returning multiple items.

Once a return is agreed, the item must be returned within 28 days and you must cover costs for return shipping.

For returns to be accepted, items must be brand new, not removed from their wig nets, unworn, fibres undistrubed and in original packaging.

The original shipping fees and any reductions will be deducted from the refund total.

EU customers have 14 days in which you can cancel an order after placing it.

If you live in European Union, you can change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items. You do not need to give a reason.

If your order has been shipped, you will be responsible for bearing the direct cost of returning the goods back to us. Items must be sent back using a reliable trackable courier service of your choice within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.

Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, our products are shipped in protective hair nets. You may take wigs out of their bags to look at the colour and length.

Returned items must not have been removed from their protective nets. The fibres must not have been disturbed and not worn to be accepted back and refunded.

If an item has been removed from its original wig net, brushed, tangled or worn, a deduction from 15% up to 100% will be applied for reconditioning or disposal.

Please note any import duties, customs fees, local VAT, or clearance taxes charged by your destination country are paid directly to your local government customs authority and are completely non-refundable. If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, we cannot refund any customs fees or import taxes paid.

Yes! Quality is a high priority for us and we carry out a range of quality procedures to avoid our customers receiving faulty products.

• Our manufacturer completes a thorough quality check of each wig to ensure they are well made and sound before shipping to us. 
• On receipt our warehouse team carry out visual inspections and sampling when receiving new products
• Finally, when your order is packaged each item is inspected for signs of defects 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

It is common for wig wefts to loosen at the ends over time due to the end of stitching. While this can be inconvenient, it is not classified as a defect and it is very common in all wigs. For easy upkeep, we recommend keeping a moon needle and strong thread to secure any loose wefts as part of your standard wig maintenance kit.

Once a wig has been worn or any type of maintenance carried out, if it becomes damaged we cannot accept it back as a defect. You will need to provide efficient evidence and clarification to prove a defect. You will be responsible for cover shipping costs and professional inspection fees for an official evaluation to determine if there was a defect or result of wear and/ or maintenance.
