We want to get your items to you quickly! We ship everyday Monday - Friday and we use the fastest options possible through Royal Mail.

UK deliveries - usually next day (please allow up to 10 working days during busy periods). 

Europe deliveries - usually 4-7 days, this depends on your countries speed and you must allow up to 21 working days.

Rest of the World - usually 5-14 days, depending on your mail provider. You must allow up to 28 working days.

All items are sent with a tracked service, please see your order shipping confirmation for tracking details. We recommend tracking after 5 days to check for any issues. We regrettably do not have any additional information other than that shown on the tracking facility.

To ensure a seamless delivery experience, all international orders are shipped via a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service. 

This means all local import taxes, VAT, and customs duties are calculated and prepaid at checkout, to avoid unexpected fees or surprise charges upon delivery. 

On occasion, the option to pre-pay may not be available to us, if this is the case, we will refund any duties and taxes paid to you and you will need to pay them on receiving.

Please note that these government-mandated import fees and duties are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. 

If you refuse delivery, fail to collect your package from a local depot, or if the item is returned to us as undeliverable, you will only be credited for the cost of the returned items. 

The original shipping fees, import taxes, and duties will not be refunded.

If we are unable to pre-pay, your payment for duties and tax will be refunded to you and you will need to pay on receiving your order.

As this is a trade only website, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights (including the right to a 14-day cooling-off period or cancellation) do not apply to any orders placed.

If you have made a mistake, do not remove items from their wig net and please contact us to discuss within 24 hours of receiving. Due to the nature of our products being hygiene related and buying for professional use, please choose carefully and contact us before purchasing if you have any doubts. 

Styled wigs are bespoke items and cannot be returned under any circumstance.

If a return is agreed, all returns are strictly subject to a credit-only policy, and cash refunds are not provided. You will receive a credit for the value of your returned item to use on our website. 

You may be liable for a 20% restocking fee deduction if returning multiple items.

If a return is agreed, the item must be returned within 28 days and you must cover costs for return shipping. 

For returns to be accepted, items must be brand new, not removed from their wig nets, unworn, fibres undisturbed and in original packaging. 

The original shipping and transaction fees with any reconditioning reductions will be deducted from the credit total.

Yes! Quality is a high priority for us and we carry out a range of quality procedures to avoid our clients receiving faulty products.

• Our manufacturer completes a thorough quality check of each wig to ensure they are well made and sound before shipping to us. 
• On receipt our warehouse team carry out visual inspections and sampling when receiving new products
• Finally, when your order is packaged each item is inspected for signs of defects 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

It is common for wig wefts to loosen at the ends over time due to the end of stitching. While this can be inconvenient, it is not classified as a defect and it is very common in all wigs. For easy upkeep, we recommend keeping a moon needle and strong thread to secure any loose wefts as part of your standard wig maintenance kit.

Once a wig has been worn or any type of maintenance carried out, if it becomes damaged we cannot accept it back as a defect. You will need to provide efficient evidence and clarification to prove a defect. You will be responsible for cover shipping costs and professional inspection fees for an official evaluation to determine if there was a defect or result of wear and/ or maintenance.
