After repeated mails I never got an answer and so also never got a refund.
Hi Solena, we appreciate you and your feedback. As we discovered and discussed together today, you unfortunately refused the delivery as you didn’t want to pay import fees. This then resulted in the shipment being sent to our old shipping warehouse which we had relocated from. Having not received an email from you to discuss, we were unaware of the situation until seeing your feedback here.
We have acted promptly to assist you. After careful investigation we have managed to locate the missing wig with the new tenant of our old premises, who are now forwarding to us. We are just waiting for you to confirm your shipping detail as you stated you would like the wig shipping to you again and you will pay the import tax this time.
