EU customers have 14 days in which you can cancel an order after placing it.

If you live in European Union, you can change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items. You do not need to give a reason.

If your order has been shipped, you will be responsible for bearing the direct cost of returning the goods back to us. Items must be sent back using a reliable trackable courier service of your choice within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.

Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, our products are shipped in protective hair nets. You may take wigs out of their bags to look at the colour and length.

Returned items must not have been removed from their protective nets. The fibres must not have been disturbed and not worn to be accepted back and refunded.

If an item has been removed from its original wig net, brushed, tangled or worn, a deduction from 15% up to 100% will be applied for reconditioning or disposal.

Please note any import duties, customs fees, local VAT, or clearance taxes charged by your destination country are paid directly to your local government customs authority and are completely non-refundable. If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, we cannot refund any customs fees or import taxes incurred during delivery.
