Honestly, I didn't know there was a musical about Matilda until they contacted to order hair for the movie adaption. As I discussed the orders I was very surprised by all the colourful wigs so I was excited to see how it panned out.
Production ordered lots of natural shades for the main characters and I was intrigued to go watch the movie. On release, I loved it! The wigs were amazing throughout, the natural shades were styled perfectly to look almost undetectable to even me. I had to wait for the wig photos to be sent to me and I was pleasantly surprised how some had fooled me into believing the actors own hair was used!
The carnival scenes had all the colourful wigs in and they all looked beautiful!
The movie I was pleasantly surprised by, I came away singing parts of the songs and it was a real feel good film!
